1. Acceptance

By installing or using the AI Reply for WhatsApp Web Chrome extension (the "Extension") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the Extension.

2. What the Extension is

The Extension is a productivity tool that adds an AI reply, rephrase and insights layer on top of WhatsApp Web. It is provided by the AI Reply for WhatsApp Web team and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Extension to send spam, harassment, or unlawful content.
  • Do not use the Extension to violate WhatsApp's terms of service.
  • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the Extension.
  • Do not use the Extension to impersonate another person or business.

4. AI-generated content

The Extension uses large-language-model providers to generate text suggestions. Output may be inaccurate, biased or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing every suggestion before sending it and for the content of any message you actually send.

5. Availability

The Extension depends on WhatsApp Web's UI and third-party AI providers. Features may break, be rate-limited, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

6. Warranty & liability

The Extension is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the maintainers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
